Uniswap Token (UNI) Skyrockets 300% on Coinbase and Binance Listings

According to a blog article, US-based cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase Pro announced listing for Uniswap’s just-released governance token, UNI. It is important to note that Coinbase is an investor in UNI token and also has an equity stake in Uniswap’s parent firm and intends to keep it that way for the foreseeable future.

Soon after announcing support for Uniswap’s governance token, Binance went ahead listed the ‘UNI USDT-Margined Perpetual Contract with up to 50x leverage’ on its futures platform with USDT as the underlying collateral. According to the Zug and Berlin-based on-chain activity and market observing platform, the UNI token activity saw Ethereum miners make almost $1 million through transaction fees in just an hour.
