These Altcoins May Surge in the Next 24 to 48 Hours, Do You Have Some?

The crypto space appears to be gaining traction, as most assets are painted green. The global crypto volume has increased by more than 21%, assisting the BTC price to re-enter the $20,000 range. Meanwhile, a couple of altcoins appear to have a high probability of going long in the next 24 to 48 hours.

Quant (QNT) is the first blockchain OS that enjoyed continued gains in the last week despite other coins facing turbulent times. The top-30 coin has enjoyed a five-day upswing, gaining over 34%.

Quant [QNT] started the new week highly as it ranked number one out of 3928 altcoins according to LunarCrush. The coin rallied 16% in the last 24 hours according to CoinMarketCap and was trading at $207.75 at press time.

A bit of CAKE was recently taken off the menu but was it enough to cause a scramble for the remaining amount? PancakeSwap announced that it recently burned slightly over 6.8 million CAKE, slightly lowering the circulating supply.

Quant was one of the big movers in crypto markets to start the week, as the token rose beyond $200, hitting its highest point since last December. The move means that the token has now risen by nearly 40% in the last seven days. Monero was another notable gainer, rising for a second straight day.

Maker [MKR] recently registered a promising uptick as its value increased by 7% in the last week. At press time, MKR was trading at $1,004 with a market capitalization of $959,766,006.

While the broader crypto market continues to linger in bear territory, one cryptocurrency continues its steep climb undeterred and now occupies rank #27 in the top cryptocurrencies by market capitalization.
