XRP Lawsuit: Will the SEC taking on its own commissioners' statements backfire

The feud between the United States SEC and San Francisco-based fintech firm Ripple Labs continues to show no signs of stalling. In their 20 July filing, the defendants urged the court to consider statements made by two of the agency's commissioners – Hester Peirce and Elad Roisman.
