Although the bulls purchased the dip to the support line of the channel on June 27, they are struggling to carry the price to the resistance line of the channel which is a bearish sign. If the fourth-ranked cryptocurrency on CoinMarketCap turns down from the current levels or from the resistance line of the channel the bears will try to resume the down move.
If the LTC/USD pair does not break out of the 20-day EMA ($43.26) within the next few days, the bears are likely to make another attempt to break below the $39 support. If the bulls fail to push the price above the 20-day EMA ($2.51), the bears will make another attempt to sink the ninth-ranked cryptocurrency on CoinMarketCap below the $2.3314–$2.1926 support.
